Lovely room. Spacious, light, very clean with a comfortable bed. Lovely modern bathroom. Good tea/coffee selection in room. Breakfast was very good too. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent for evening meals too. Very good location in a quiet village which would make a good base for exploring North Yorkshire.
Chocolate box village. Although small, two pubs, Excellent Gift shop, cafes and village store( although these only open weekends). The cottage was tiny, but perfectly adequate for 4 people. Well equipped clean and comfortable.
Beautiful garden, delicious home made breakfast, comfortable and stylish homely bedroom with luxurious treats (fresh fruit, homemade biscuits, chocolates), lovely house and guest areas and a very warm welcome. Best stay in a long time!
