Gate Lodge is an amazing cottage, great facilities, clean, cozy and comfy. The beautiful and tranquil setting is amazing. Wildlife is abundant and not wild lol.

I must say this was an absolutely brilliant experience. Not just accommodation was comfortable, clean and we felt like at home. Also communication and all instructions from the host were brilliant and easy to follow.
Location is in quiet area only 10 minutes from Dundee city centre. Groceries shops are very close only a few minutes walk/drive.
Bonus was a lot of games and activities for kids so parents can have some rest after long day 😁
The host went above and beyond, and will definitely be coming back next time we're in Dundee.

Great house that was perfect for the 10 of us. The owners were very good making sure all our needs were met before we arrived.
Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
Lots of space for kids and a little play area which was well used.

Fantastic host, great communication and easy check in and check out process. Off road parking area, property is offset from the main road giving a nice degree of privacy. Surprisingly spacious, the pictures do not do justice to give an indication of size, lots of storage, comfortable beds, brand new TVs in all rooms, fast internet access, and everything you need for a pleasant stay including a fully stocked kitchen, soap, cleaning products, bed linen and towels. Literally the only thing you need to bring are personal toiletries and your own food to stock the fridges/cupboards.

Excellent location, quiet and very comfortable. We wanted for nothing.
We were golfing in the area and we had the choice of at least 8 clubs within a 15 mile radius. There is so much history in the area including Newtyle itself. A visit to Glamis Castle is a must.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Lovely clean and well decorated cottage. Every facility you thought that you wanted was provided and then some more. Karen, Sandy and Jill were really welcoming and friendly. The village was a short walk away and there was a fabulous butcher shop with award winning pies.
