Great rural location, close to Glossop and other neighbouring Peak villages. Good facilities and very spacious for a couple (could be overcrowded with anymore). Sweets were a nice touch and the property overall was nice and tidy.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous accommodation, just what was needed after a very long drive from North Wales. The suite had everything guests could possibly need and lovely little touches from the coffee pods to the robes. Outstanding cleanliness, quality of the furnishings and communication. Location of the house was brilliant, lovely pub and restaurant in the village. Clear locations for parking, really clean and quaint stay. Very quiet and private, had everything that you needed, would highly recommend!

My first time not living in a city center. If you are looking for a classic english countryside living this is the place for you. Beautiful hills and smaller farming villages nearby. The hotel even has its own eggs and very near hiking trails and an active watermill. Wonderful staff and one of the better places i have been to so far.
A plus is that there is plenty space to park and the breakfast was great
Excellent little find. Had everything you needed for your stay. Bed was comfortable and cottage was spotless and overlook the river. The location is excellent and the village is beautiful. The walk down the river is lovely. I would stay here again.
The staff were all lovely and helpful. It is in a nice, rural location. The pub serves excellent food. The breakfast tasted great, had a good choice of options. Really nice place to stay that I'd be happy to visit again. If you have a car it's handy for plenty of walks and villages.
