Great location, a short drive a few minutes from the local, superb pub (Black Venus Inn), a bit too hilly to walk after recovering from major surgery! Dogs allowed, the hosts and children came out and made a fuss of our 1yr old malinois puppy and she loved staying on the farm as well. There's lots of good walks around the area (best follow all-trails app) and really superb facilities, which all looked very new and fresh? The welcome pack has some really good quality stuff, including coffee pods and cookies, etc.

Location was in a little hamlet set in the beautiful picturesque North Devon countryside. The hosts were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cottage itself is very well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The garden is very pretty and the views stunning. We would definitly revisit!

The location was stunning and the locals very friendly and helpful. The cottage was characterful and cosy. It was well stocked with items that made the stay comfortable and practicality was well thought of. It was in an ideal location for visiting Exmoor Zoo (reason for our stay) and Ilfracombe was just the other side of a hill within easy walking distance. The convenience store at the top of the road was really useful.
The person listed as our emergency contact did all he could to resolve the Wifi issue and was very friendly and willing to help as much as he could.

Everything!! Nick and Kiri are great, we managed to get a last minute booking here and then extended for another night. The property is stunning, the beds are super comfy and the place is so clean. We was out feeding the animals.. alpacas, sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits etc etc. Can’t fault this place or the people. Highly recommend

Quirky and steeped in history! Wonderful professional, helpful and friendly staff team. Perfect location for walking the coastal path. Gorgeous tranquil village. Loved it!
Only stayed for one night for a little getaway but it is a lovely characterful B&B, welcoming hosts, great location for the village, easy to park, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, too!
The property was situated so centrally in Lynmouth, and made it the perfect base for days out around the village. Having the private parking space was an extra bonus, as parking in Lynmouth can be tricky!
The apartment had amazing views over the river to the sea, and was really comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated.
We had a wonderful stay, and were really impressed overall. The welcome gift of a cream tea was a really lovely extra touch!
We had a lovely comfortable bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The hotel/b&b is close to the village centre so easy to go for walks and to explore the area. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you too for the lovely packed lunch for our walk. We loved the coconut cake you packed for us as an extra treat!
