Fantastic location in the centre of Norwich in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Matthew was a great host and sorted out the few minor issues very quickly. The guys had great fun in the games room.

Where to start.....excellent location, spacious, very clean, easy parking, great host communication....
We booked this house for a family holiday with ages ranging from 8 to 70. Plenty of room, loads of amenities (board games, sky tv, jigsaws) although the weather was fantastic so was out and about most of the time. Dog friendly (took 2 dogs) and the beach is a 5 minute walk away for an early morning dog walk and coffee in the beach cafe. Bus stop for the open top bus which took you into great yarmouth was just a short walk away as was the boating lake where we spent a morning doing a treasure hunt with the kids.
Self catering facilities were excellent with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine. The host was very good with answering my many questions before I'd even arrived. 10/10 would definitely book again!

The location in the middle of the village was excellent. Our room was large and well appointed. The staff were friendly and overall a high standard for a reasonable price
Located on a quiet road in the village, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Hosts very welcoming and the accommodation has everything you could want. We had some complementary bread, milk, bacon and cake as well as a supply of tea, coffee and all condiments you could want. The rooms were modern, clean and well decorated. It even has the option for dogs and has a dog bed, bowl and accessories in the accommodation.
Modern clean room, separate from main building. Didn't realise this and thought we'd be in main building which looked nice on site, but still nice. Village feel with everything you need near by.
The property was very well equipped with a much appreciated welcome pack. The place was an unexpected gem with lots of character and in an attractive little village. The hosts were great with their communication.
The location was good, pleasant little village not much there but ok. The staff were lovely and polite, very accommodating. The food was lovely. Maybe need a few more dishes at evening meal time. Breakfast is really tasty and well cooked and presented.
