Absolutely stunning location, lovely views, , beautiful house, plenty of room, clean, good nights sleep, found the beds so comfortable.
Well equipped. My favourite room was the huge kitchen, but my favourite time was first thing before everyone else was awake, I sat outside having a coffee listening to the animals I could hear, no noises but nature.

It's a lovely location on the side of a hill, slightly difficult to find and locate the parking space but we got there! Also I hadn't realised that the entrance was either via a slope or by steps, which was fine with me but not so great for my friend who has mobility issues. I didn't notice anything on booking.com about access. I was pleased to find a bungalow with no internal steps. We loved the view out of the patio doors across the valley, the sound of the trains, the peace and quiet. Every room was clean and well-prepared with clean linen and towels. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

The cottage was an amazing place to stay, in a good location with a nice enclosed garden for the dog.plus summer house. The cottage was clean, well equipped, and beautifully designed and decorated throughout - I will be back.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
it has lots of charm and definitely has a cottage feel including the paintings, glass and pottery. Last years Christmas decorations were a bit too much. Lerryn is a lovely village and there is lots to do in the area.
Jasmine Cottage is a gem set in a beautiful village, with wonderful surroundings. The cottage is a joy so full of character and has everything you need so warm and comfortable and feels so homely Jane and Richard have made it so welcoming and all the added art and treasures add to the ambiance
The local pub The Ship is very welcoming and has excellent food, and the shop has papers, milk etc
The property was well thought out, tastefully decorated and had everything needed in the way of equipment. The village of Lerryn is very pleasant. The owners are very helpful and welcoming
Jasmine Cottage is a delightful house, very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. We found it very homely with everything that we could have wanted or needed for a week's holiday. Its location is wonderful being close to the river and the village shop and pub. Lerryn is a charming, peaceful and picturesque village. Friendly communications from the owners. Wish we'd been staying for longer!
fabulous property. quiet and comfy with enough space for 4 to find their own spot to chill out. location is great in terms of delivering glorious British countryside to your door. A short drive into the village for a drink and meal at the Ship Inn.
Great location close to the river, good walks from the cottage and village, and many more close by. Village had friendly pub and a small shop. Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Nice to sit out on the front patio when the afternoon sun shone!
Beautiful cottage with picturesque views of the River Fowey. Lovely walks from the cottage and a busy local pub serving food if you don't want to travel too far. Excellent location for visiting local attractions and villages.
