The house was very clean. There was a sheet of paper with local information on it, which was helpful. There was milk in the fridge, which was much appreciated! The hosts made sure we were aware we could call or message with any problems or queries. The house is in a lovely area, very quiet, with a co-op just down the road.

A delightful cottage that has everything you could wish for, for a self-catering break. Well equipped and cozy, every little detail seems to have been considered. 'Home from home' can be a overused description, but it really is !
The lakeside location, only a couple of minutes walk from a clean, dog friendly beach, was ideal for us, and the enclosed patio was a perfect place to chill out, in the evening. The dog loved it, too!
No on-site car park, but a public one, literally a minute's walk down the road, that does not charge for overnight parking.
Within walking distance of central Mablethorpe (a pub and chip shop are close at hand, if you don't fancy walking) but far enough away to escape from crowds-particularly after boating finishes on the lake, when the only sounds are the ducks and the seagulls. We would definitely go back, again.

The cottage was in a beautiful village 8 minutes from the main town. The cottage itself was wonderful and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Very cosy. Extremely quiet and very welcoming.
We had our three Grandsons with us so the Cottage was perfect plenty of space ,lovely front garden.Lovely bedrooms .The boys loved the out door space and it was quiet in the evenings so just perfect.Short walk to the village store which sold all that we needed boys loved the pic n mix .Lovely playing field and park also.The lovely plumbread left for us was gone very quickly .Thank you .The boys loved watching the birds come to the bird feeders in the front garden.
Extremely clean and beautiful house. Great location in a lovely village with nice walks. The house and facilities were amazing and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. Can't wait to visit again!
The house was perfectly located in a lovely village within 10 minutes of Louth by car. There is a village shop and 2 pubs within walking distance (although one of the pubs was closed when we were there and I'm not sure if that was permanent or temporary. We ate in the other and the food was good. The was was spacious and recently refurbished.
