the building is both unusual and lovely. Its in a walled garden and very private, with a deer park outside the wall, its a location you just don't find very often. the decoration inside is well done, and the place feels welcoming and luxurious.

Board walk around the beach was so calming and had a walk every day and was a shortcut to town centre.

The cottage is in a picture perfect location with superb facilities and a lovely enclosed garden. Everything was immaculate and the property had a very pleasant ambience. My dog loved it too !

The check in and check out were very smooth.
If you are looking for a stay close to Aberdeen, Dundee or for the Cairngorms this is ideal.
There are a couple of takeaways in the village but just up the road toward Dundee is an excellent form shop (breakfast) and a lovely grill.
Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
