We loved everything about our lovely cottage on the Isle of Skye. A very nice, peaceful location and very well provided for in terms of furniture, cooking utensils and kitchen facilities etc. Also, our property host was exceptional! We had a problem with the DVD player and not only did our host make a special journey to the cottage to try and resolve the matter for us, but they also installed their own personal DVD player, to enable us to watch the film we’d brought with us and took away the other machine to have it repaired. Our host was also very amenable in providing some very good restaurant recommendations and beach locations in specific parts of Skye that we asked for. We can highly recommend; 10/10!

We liked the comfortable cottage, very welcoming and lovely decorated, it had everything we needed and also toys for the kids. We loved the fire place in the living room and the garden, the rooms were spacious with comfy beds and also liked the little welcoming basket with essentials for our stay. The house is more welcoming and delightful than any picture can show and you have to see it for yourself. Really recommend it!

The room had a great view overlooking the Skye Bridge and village green, easily the best view I've had during my week long trip. Staff were friendly and the other people in the dorm seemed to be friendly enough, though I didn't talk too much to many people with my shyness.

Rooms were basic but spotless, the bathrooms looked like they had been replaced recently and had been scrubbed to within an inch of their lives. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had two rooms one on the back and one on the front of the building - the views from both were great. This is not a luxury hotel, if you are expecting that you will be disappointed but the accommodation is good value and spotless!

Great little cottage on the harbour, has everything that's needed. The village itself is not much to write home about, but it's a good base for further excursions. Quite a few midges near the water though, bring DEET!

The location by the Skye Bridge is exceptional. Breakfast was a buffet and quite good although we came in to the debri of a big bus tour party. The rooms are quite small. Car parking is at the back and adequate. You can easily walk around the village and along the sea front. There is a pub fairly nearby. Excellent photo opportunities generally.
