Lovely view, nearby pub closed but there are others 10 mins walk away. It’s not located in a village it’s a 30 minute walk to Holmfirth. Dog bowl, poo bags etc all there for your stay.

Fabulous property set in lovely grounds. We had loads of space to stretch out in comfort. Excellent communication with the host who was lovely and very helpful. Ideal location for us to visit family in Holmfirth, Halifax and Cleckheaton. Plenty of room for the family to call in to see us.
Such a shame we couldn’t use the hot tub but it was fairly grim weather.
Dining room was lovely to sit in - felt like a grand dinner. Cottage was lovely and warm.

Location is lovely. Nice to be able to get out of the room straight into a pub. Loved how warm the rooms were and the hot shower. Quaint village 2 minutes away with nice a bakery, cafe.
Very clean, nice and cosy, really well equipped, plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, milk ect, easy to find, close to bus stop and shop. Pretty little village in the countryside but short drive/bus ride away from town centre, good communication. Would definitely book again if in the area.
The property was amazing, clean and well equipped. Had a lovely homely feeling. Joanne was very accommodating with an early check in and late check out. Set in a beautiful village with all the local amenities a few minutes walk away.
Cooked breakfast was cold no selection of cereals or extra toast. Beans cold, sausages and bacon uncooked, mushrooms uncooked. Would not have the breakfast again I would go into the village where there was a coffee shop.
