The spacious holiday home with a patio and garden views features 4 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne.

Very spacious, lots of room for a place in London compared to others we've stayed at. Right next to Hounslow High Street, so that's a big plus. Kitchen was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone in our group. Plenty of bathrooms as well, another rarity for a property in London.

The staff were friendly and helpful, Their bar and restaurant area was great, And the rooms are everything you need. After a horrible day at the airport, it really gave a good retreat from the madness.

Really good value for money. It's not luxury, but for the price it was excellent. Clean, comfy and surprisingly large room. The staff were friendly and helpful. What more do you need from a budget hotel

The Cafe/Bar area has a pleasing fresh feel, plenty of windows so its airy and light, meals we ate are adequate. The room was clean and comfortable on first arrival. It is a budget hotel so don't expect luxury. Bed was very comfortable. It is close to Heathrow - all terminals, so a good place to stay if you are flying in or out. Choices of Hoppa Bus, local Red London Buses or Taxis to get you to from the airport. No plane or traffic noises that we noted. Tesco's Express 5 minutes walk for any small shopping needs.

The room was really well designed and decorated so it felt more spacious and luxurious than in similar sized/budget hotels. I loved that it was a bit different.

Nothing, really... Sorry to say but I cannot recommend this hotel. I was very, very disappointed and I will definitely not go back there again. They call it "a luxury hotel" on their website. That's a joke, really. It's dirty, it smells bad (smell of curry everywhere), it's noisy and upon check out no one asked if I had a good stay or if I have any suggestions. 0 customer service and the price/night is waaaay too big for what you get (check my pictures).

The staff was exceptionally friendly and warm. I needed a stay near Heathrow, and this was a great value for the money and location. It's not a luxury stay, it's a practical one, and a good value for money. Rooms were utilitarian but very clean. A ten minute walk away is an excellent Polish restaurant.
