The location was absolutely fantastic - so easy to reach pretty much anywhere else in the town. Very handy to have the Spar next door. It was very quiet despite being on one of the main roads. In terms of the place itself - it was so clean and well appointed. It had basically anything we could need, including very thoughtful extras like local milk and bread.

The four sizeable bedrooms set over two floors were nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen/ dining room was well equipped . The property was located in the centre of Hay and shops, pubs and attractions were on the doorstep. Everything was a described .

The house was very well designed, had lots of storage space and was really clean. All bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, which was brilliant. The welcome hamper was...welcome. Location was perfect, right in the town.The electric charging point next to the house was a bonus.

Excellent location, near the centre of Hay-on-Wye, but still quiet and peaceful. The cottage was spacious, well maintained and meticulously clean. It had everything we could possibly need and we all found it very comfortable. The best place we have stayed in Hay yet (out of 6 different accomodations). I would highly recommend this accomodation, it is great value for money.
