M6. Great stop over from coming down from Scotland and nipping into the lakes for the weekend. Sun room and balcony off bedroom was bliss enjoyed a couple of drinks in the evening sat up there. Play park right around the corner. Fantastic friendly pub with some great food and drink beer garden with play area right around corner from the property. Lovely little gated patio area great for letting dog out safely. Will be booking here again.

House is in a great location, walking distance to town centre and major supermarkets. Small garden at rear is nice space. No parking at the property but space available in nearby location is fine. House and kitchen are well equipped, excellent powerful shower. The most comfortable bed I have encountered in a holiday let in a long time.

Got the code for the keys straight after booking the accommodation. Easy peasy.
The hot tub was on and ready when we got there so no messing around and was straight in.
We used the cooking facilities and enjoyed Netflix on the TV the first night. The little snacks and treats the host left for us made the weekend that much better.
The entire place is very modern and the bathroom is very slick.

The location is stunning.The breakfast is delicious.There a lovely walks all around and the local villages are very pretty.We were made very welcome and our room was delightful.Our only concern was that we did not have a shower.
The room was very spacious and well furnished. We loved the style of the furnishings in the room. The shower in the bathroom was superb! The host was very kind and encouraged us to explore the farm. She also helped us with a walking route to and from the nearby village. The breakfast was brought to the room and it was delicious.
