Lovely, clean house with everything you need for a stay. The hot tub was an amazing bonus, especially as the weather was so awful.
Ellie, the host, was there if we needed her but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our break with our 2 dogs, who also had a lovely holiday.

Based on the online reviews and photos we knew that the interior was going to be of a very high standard and we were not disappointed - the living space worked particularly well. What we hadn't quite realised was that the property is set in such an amazing location, with fantastic views over the river valley and wide open spaces to roam and enjoy. We were visiting a nonagenarian relative during our 2 day stay - we would have happily stayed on for longer were it not for my granddaughter having to return home for the new school term...

Great tranquil location, close to Southampton.. Paul and Toni are Lovely hosts.. The rooms feel luxurious and the breakfast restaurant is elegant, the food delicious. Amazing value for money couldn't recommend it enough.
A gorgeous and friendly retreat in a stunning location. My room was lovely, bed super comfortable with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I received a friendly welcome both on arrival and at breakfast. I’d definitely return.
Friendly welcome at the guesthouse by Helen and also great service at breakfast which was very tasty and plenty of toast. Room was clean and had all the facilities - it was compact twin but ok for one night. The village is lose to busy roads but the room was quiet for sleep. Two attractive pubs for food & drink. Near to lovely paths into the Forest.
