We only stayed one night as we were walking the West Highland Way. Guest House is only a 10 minute walk from the picturesque village of Balmaha . Comfortable, clean room and excellent cooking facilities provided in the communal kitchen. Although there were only limited supplies available in the village shop, we were able to cook an evening meal, a break from pub grub !

The set up was exactly as described, an ingenious way to combine living and sleeping in one room. Comfy beds, plenty of plugs for charging devices. Free Wifi, a TV, hospitality tray, a hairdryer - it had everything I needed. A short walk to the pub, and to the village shop and coffee shop to get supplies for breakfast.

A perfect retreat for a quiet family get away. Everything about the property was excellent. We had a lake view and were situated 2 mins from the marina and Lochside walk. We were able to get a boat over to Luss which is a beautiful village across the water. Beds were comfy, showers were great, hot tub was just lovely although there's no privacy at Capercaillie, all the other residents at the back can observe you in your garden and hottub but it didn't bother us too much. Thank you for the rental of your lodge it was a delight.
