Got the code for the keys straight after booking the accommodation. Easy peasy.
The hot tub was on and ready when we got there so no messing around and was straight in.
We used the cooking facilities and enjoyed Netflix on the TV the first night. The little snacks and treats the host left for us made the weekend that much better.
The entire place is very modern and the bathroom is very slick.

The cottage was immaculate but also styled to a very high spec - my family were super impressed. The code access was easier than trying to find and remember keys all the time, beds were super comfy and everything you needed was available. When i stupidly left a much treasured watch behind, the cleaner handed it in immediately and Hannah posted it straight back to me. My husband and I will definitely return to Carpenter’s cottage and use it as our base in the lakes- could not recommend this cottage more highly.

Beautiful little village with lovely evening meal at the pub. Maureen was very helpful when we had delay due to motorway and an issue with our hire car.
The breakfast was great. We loved the location and the view was beautiful. Also like d the fact that we could walk into the village and explore on foot after a long day in the car.

Comfortable room with everything you need. Delicious English breakfast. It is necessary to walk around the village admiring the views
Warmly welcomed by our hosts who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Property is well positioned on outskirts of village yet only 5 minutes walk to the lovely pub!
