Lovely host Carol who made us feel very welcome and very much at home. Lovely old building with a very spacious bedroom. We loved coming back to a nice relaxing hot bath after our daily 10mile walks on the fells. Breakfast was excellent and Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty tea, coffee, bottled water, & hot chocolate in our room as well as a few extra touches and fresh Milk as a bonus. A beautiful stay in a lovely village.

Fabulous time at Waltzing Weasel. Carol was a fantastic host - lovely breakfast, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Appreciated the little thoughtful touches - lots of coffee, tea, milk etc and even a little fridge outside the room if it ran out. Good big car park. The view from our room was stunning. Great location - beautiful scenery and Hayfield village only a 10 min or so walk with another really nice pub Sycamore Inn in the other direction. The bed was soooo comfy! Thank you to all at Waltzing Weasel!

Great location being a quiet rural village but close to Stockport and Manchester. Good sized rooms with a comfortable bed. excellent food both in the evening and again at breakfast and staff who I really doubt could ever be surpassed; very impressed with the evening staff who I would gladly clone and have work at every hotel I stay at. Also incredibly dog friendly.

Carol was such a lovely host and the accommodation itself was gorgeous. Brilliantly located with the village of Heyfield a stones throw away and all of the beauty of the Peak District itself. Super comfy bed which after long days of hiking and exploring you definitely need. A huge bath which was so good for a soak at the end of the day. The breakfast was also epic, the full English was cooked to perfection and kept me going well into the afternoon.
