Jubed was very kind and helpful before and during our stay, and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for what we needed, and it was easy to access trains and buses to get around. Several fans were provided and that helped with temperature in the house.
We had no issues with this, but know that others may not enjoy it, so as a FYI, Jubed did some work outside the house and charged their car in the driveway once during our stay.

We walked in and was hit with the wow factor. Although the images look nice it is so much nicer in person. The candle lights were turned on for our arrival and the welcome pack was a wonderful gesture.
The barn was immaculate! In all areas. The smell of the towels was amazing too I need to know what they use haha.
I also need to contact the owner to ask what duvets they had as I forgot to look. It was probably one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time.
The hot tub is such an added bonus to this already beautiful barn. The girls had a lovely time and I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much x

Great place to stay for our family of 5! Very clean and comfortable. Having 2.5 bathrooms was a bonus. Fast wifi and nice to have some outdoor space in the backyard. Close to bus and train station (overground). Would definitely stay again!

The host was excellent and super friendly. He allowed us to have a later checkout then planned and was very helpful if we had any questions. The house was clean, tidy, big and in a great location. No complaints from us!

The hosts were very lovely! Such a warm and welcoming couple. The property was really clean and well maintained, the most comfortable and luxurious beds I’ve ever experienced and really nice decor throughout the property.
The rooms and living room had good amount of space and very warm and cozy atmosphere. Smart TV in living room and en-suite room which was nice touch and the area was nice and quiet and easy to travel to and find.
Comfy, clean with a helpful and friendly staff. While across London with an hour and a half journey, having Heathrow and Cockfosters on the Picadilly Underground (tube) line meant a no change trip from the airport. Brooklyn House is about a ten minute walk to the tube and then about a 30 minute trip into Central London. Further it is on the bus route to the station with the bus stop over the road. The Cockfosters village is about a ten minute walk providing the essentials with a great baker shop.
I was stuck in London because of train problems so i couldn't go back home and i booked this hotel to spend the night, I'm glad it was available, price is competitive and everything was fine with the room.
Nothing fancy, no luxury but everything was clean and working fine, room was good size.
