Based on the online reviews and photos we knew that the interior was going to be of a very high standard and we were not disappointed - the living space worked particularly well. What we hadn't quite realised was that the property is set in such an amazing location, with fantastic views over the river valley and wide open spaces to roam and enjoy. Beautiful, well appointed property. All rooms had en suite and were well made up. The fires had been laid and lit for us. The owner popped around to check we were in okay. It was just superb!

Great location to explore Stonehenge!
It is based on a farm with the option to wonder around for free. There is animal feed available if interested, a restaurant/café which is nice to pop into but only offers the basics within the shop for those residing here. However the restaurant does offer amazing food. Its idyllic, quiet and peaceful, a good place for a retreat or to go somewhere if you are a travelling artist or writer.

The room I stayed in had great character. It was immaculately clean and was well appointed with luxury teabags , coffee and biscuits. Bottles of water provided also. Great quality toiletries in the bathroom , and a rubber duck 😁
