The property was in a sleepy village location which sadly had zero facilities ie. a pub that was shut down, no shops no restaurant or cafe functioning. It was several miles to any other conveniences.
Extremely spacious, luxurious, comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely grounds with a couple of lakes and lots of space. Very peaceful. Plenty of free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Ideally situated for visiting Mablethorpe, Skegness, Alford and Louth.
