The house is very spacious, and it has everything you may need to stay comfortably : kitchen stuff, toilet stuff ( even a hair dryer), all sorts of glasses, a bath on the second floor... and a little terrace! We worked remotely, and the wifi was working perfectly. There is also a nice desk to work. The host was very kind and suggested different plans to do around the city. It is a perfect place to get away from everything. It's actually better than pics.

We chose this as a stopover spot. Much better than a hotel. Quiet village with only the outdoor sounds of sheep and crickets. We walked a few 100 meters to the edge of the village and found a dead end road between farmland for excellent off leash walking. Catch the sunrise if you can. Lots of green scenic routes going into and around this village. If doing a stopover, don’t wait past 20:00 to eat at any local restaurants. The property accepts pets but is not fenced on the road side. We brought spiral stakes for the yard. Charming and comfortable.

There was an issue to begin with over the number of bedrooms which we booked and paid for, however the owners were quick to respond and went out of their way to resolve this. The renovation shows a lot of thought and care and the home is clean and cosy. Although I do think that the sofa might need replacing as it's not the most comfortable. The beds were really comfortable, though. The facilities were excellent and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the crockery and cutlery required. The cold water dispenser from the fridge was a welcome relief during the heatwave! I do think it's good to note that you are expected to hoover, sweep and take down your bedding before leaving or you are charged €30. I normally do this as a matter of course but not everyone does or expects this. Overall a very good time at Apart-Hotel in Darney with good and responsive hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Most everything, Beautiful appartment, excellent bed, nice shower, good WiFi/ internet, lovely terrass, coffee machine. The owner wasn't present, but that presented no problem. He prepared everything and his instructions were very clear and helpfull.
