This villa is absolutely stunning in every way. We were met on arrival by their representative (Julian) who went through everything with us. The finishes throughout are to the highest standard and the views, spectacular. So much space and privacy. Air conditioning was magnificent while at the same time, whisper quiet. We had stayed at a different property in Antibes in the week prior to Villa Folie and were eaten by mosquitoes there but no such issues here. The facilities outside are incredible with cooking facilities, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and widescreen TV giving access to internet, Spotify, YouTube etc... Outside dining area and large sofas for lounging on post meal. Toilet and shower facilities co located by the pool as well. We were four but this property can accommodate many more with the option to have your own private quarters. The Gym was incredible with equipment of a very high standard. Also in this separate space was a hot tub, again this area had its own toilet and shower facilities. We have stayed in many villas in this area and this is by far, the best villa in which we have stayed. Well done Villa Folie, keep up the good work because we can't wait to come back!

Lovely place to stay when visiting Menton. Quiet area. 10 min short walk to the center. Nice to buy fresh food for breakfast at the local foodmarket and bring it to the lovely litle garden by the house. For 4 friends this was perfect and more than spacy enough. The host helped us with booking taxi to and from the airport. Perfect for late night arraval. Right to the door.
We really loved the litle garden for relaxing in the sun. All in all, we loved to stay here.

The house was at the top of a hill with a superb view of Nice and the Mediterranean. The host met us in-person, gave us the keys and showed us round the house. There is a separate covered garage. The house is clean, well equipped for cooking, has comfortable beds and air conditioning. There is a bakery 5 mins walk away and a Spar 10 mins walk away.

Stunning location with the most amazing views from the large balcony. A surprisingly quiet location above a lovely beach (lots of steps - which we didn’t mind) and below (short walk) a gorgeous village with excellent restaurants. Train links easily to fab places. Great breakfast and the chap that ran was lovely and incredibly helpful.
Great location: quiet, but very close to town (shops, cafes, restaurants) and public transit (bus and train).
The apartment is ideal for 2 (would be a little "cozy" for 3 or 4) - great living space, well-equipped kitchen and good size bathroom, also a nice outdoor patio with garden view. Nice to have underground parking, however our rental car stayed parked much of the time - you can get around the coastal region (and even into some of the lovely mountain villages) very easily on public transit.
The apartment is clean with all necessary appliances located in the historic part of the village. Only positive impressions were left from staying in this apartment and visiting local attractions.
Lovely, elegantly decorated and well kept apartment with a wonderful view over the Golfe Bleu and Monaco. Easy to access and in one of the best spots of that jewel that is Roquebrune Village.
The host is incredibly kind and welcoming like few other.
It's a cute little flat furnished really tastefully. Half an hour on foot from Monte Carlo, 40-45 minutes from Roquebrune's castle and the village. Nice view of the sea.
Most romantic and picturesque location we've ever stayed in.
Host was very friendly and met us with greatest hospitality. Immediately felt like home - unique village with antique landscape and small cozy restaurants - it is the best you can wish on your trip through Cote d'Azur.
We spend 10 days in this villa. We were a group of 6 adults and two children. The villa and the facilities are beautiful, like on the photos. It is a ultra luxury designer villa with a view over the sea we fell in love with.
