Everything ! Excellent all round facilities to use as a base in Dordogne -but a car is essential. Pierre Yves and Pauline are committed to making a complete holiday experience. The pool is warm and clean I appreciate the quality cushions on various sunbeds, seating , dining areas -there are numerous games and activities in the grounds and indoors. Pétanque darts table -tennis etc I also appreciated the choice of public rooms to relax with BBc tv too! Dining room, sun room tv room. Children and adults Games available and plenty of books! Study upstairs-an amazing shared kitchen fully equipped . A breakfast delivery daily is available too! Highly recommended we loved it.

Great communication- from booking to check out, clear directions and advice- very accessible host where nothing is too much trouble! Useful information given about area/parking/check in etc.
Accommodation was breathtaking, we felt so lucky to be staying there. Clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Pool area/outdoor space was fabulous. Bedrooms all with ensuite/ spacious and clean. Kitchen well stocked with very utensil and appliance you could possibly need!
House is very central with restaurants, cafes and places of interest very accessible..Sarlat is a very beautiful town and well worth a visit. The markets on Wednesdays/saturdays are great.
We booked canoeing with canoes loisirs which was only 15 mins drive away. All restaurants we went to were lovely but for a nice Italian La Romane was our favourite! We hope to return one day!

Excellent location. Easy walk into town along a quiet path. Sophie left a very generous hamper and was quick to respond to any questions. The heated pool was excellent, as were the table tennis table and table football.

The location just could not be better in the middle of the village which is on the prettiest villages of France list. Baker close by and several very good restaurants.

This is one of our favorite accommodations anywhere! Large, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet apartment in the heart of our favorite Dordogne village. The view is fantastic from the small terrace, as well as from all windows. The second bathroom was a welcome surprise we weren't expecting! They have a private parking area for guests next to one of the public pay lots which makes coming and going very easy.
The entire villa is absolutely stunning as is the town and the entire area. This is a house where you share the common areas but we rarely ran into anyone else. The location is the BEST. I could not image a more beautiful or better place to stay. The kayak trip is a MUST!! Lovely views and clear water for swimming and having a picnic.
The host was extremely helpful and the accommodation was very cute . The location of Beynac is perfect as there is so much to see in the wider area The village is small yet has plenty of eating places and nearby activities.
A magical house in a magical location. Such a special find. The home is just beautiful and very comfortable with everything you need. Our room on the top floor had spectacular views over the stunning village of Beynac. It is also sparkling clean and the host Lorena is so helpful and friendly. Don’t look elsewhere, you won’t find better.

Small room and the shower is tiny, no tea or coffee facilities in the room but it's clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly and you wont find a better village to stay in. Stunningly beautiful amd the hotel is situated in great location
