This is a lovely, well cared for, traditional villa. Spotlessly clean, lovely heated pool, every amenitiy you can think of. Brynette the host lives next door, is always on hand if needed and responds instantly on contact, otherwise provides totally privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

This smaller property is a part of a larger one (2 in total 1 larger house and 1 smaller house). The smaller one we stayed in had everything we needed for the weeks stay with our family of 5. The property has some lovely gardens and seating areas to relax in the evenings. our kids enjoyed the pool throughout the day. The decoration is in-keeping with the Lanzarote style with some lovely artistic additions from the owner Sally.
The property is located approximately 19 minutes from the airport and is really close (via car) to numerous beaches and attraction such as the Teguise Market, Aquapark (water park and pools), Aquarium, golf course, plenty of shops and places to eat.
The internet was better than expected as we were able to watch Netflix in the evenings if we wished but sometimes needed to buffer on occasions.
FYI the garden has grown since the last pictures were taken and has far more flowers to enjoy while you are there.
It was also really nice that the owner Sally personally messaged a few nights before to give me directions and videos to locate and access the property.
Lastly but certainly one of the best points to this place is the property manager Martin, this chap will literally give you the shirt off his own back to help you out and make sure your holiday goes as smoothly as possible, he has a wealth of information about the island and is always happy to have a chat.
Absolutely love the place and will return once we finalise our plans for our next holiday.

Best location, right at the ocean. Nice staff. Good parking, good facilities, good bed, good machines in the house. The whole house was ours, so there were no neighbours to disturb us. There is an alarm in the house if needed.

The property is gorgeous, and far from the tourist traps. Car rental is recommended as you will need to drive to the shops from here, but it is a very short and convenient drive, you’re only about 25 minutes from the volcanic national park, about 5 minutes from all the grocery shops you could need, and about 10 minutes from numerous beaches, and about 10 minutes from museo césar manrique. The property has a lovely kitchen with all the equipment you’ll need for meals, the pool is lovely and gets the sun all day so you can enjoy tanning, and if you ever have any questions Alejandra is incredibly accommodating and helpful. I could have asked for a better week away to unwind and disconnect.

Everyone had the best holiday and kids of various ages absolutely loved it here too. Its perfect for larger families ours was of 10 and there was still plenty of space as the villa was huge. The villa was beautiful inside and out and spotlessly clean.
All the amenities you could possibly want are in the villa such as cups, glasses plates bowls cutlery, all the essential things you need, we were left pool towels, which was a nice touch.
We used the superdino for shopping and then ate out most nights in the square, and then our last night had a takeaway delivered to us from a restaurant called the filling station, which was a fantastic service.
We walked every day into town and got 3 taxis back, who have is there contact number as it was quite difficult to get taxis to pick us up from there.
A special mention to our host Maxi, thankyou for the most enjoyable stay at villa las parseidas, we will no doubt be back one day soon.

Location is superb! We loved this rustic little retreat and highly recommend! You feel nice and safe behind the closed gates and you are away from the more touristy areas, but close enough to make everything easy and quick to get to... perfect! Great communication from the owner and easy to get all the info needed to make the stay very straightforward. Martin is a really nice chap and excellent to have as a contact on the island. First class, looking forward to going back!

The property was secure with a lockable gate, private pool, washing machine and dryer with iron & cloths steamer so no need for tons of luggage. Extremely spacious ideal for big or small families, loved it.
We were a family of 14 and the villa, there was lots of space for us all and the villa had all of the facilities required.

The communication with the management/owner was great. Any problems were handled efficiently and professionally.
The villa is large ( 3 beds) and we enjoyed having three bathrooms between the two of us. The main bathroom is big with a gorgeous shower and jack/jill basins. The layout and quality of the rooms, fixtures, and fittings were excellent. Very clean. The Hot Tub was the best bit for us. It is a quiet street location away from the main resorts so you would need a car although it's walkable to the Cesar Manrique Foundation.

Lovely villa, very private quiete location, has everything you need, good size and Lovely private pool. Host was always available when needed and helpful. Only comment you would need to hire a car as no restaurants within walking distances, but that's no problem it allows you to explore the island more, which is very easy to drive on.
The host, Carmel made everything perfect for our stay, from a welcolme pack, taking us shopping, she could no do enough to make our stay perfect, everyone should book this villa with confidence, i have stayed at many villas on the island this was the best
