In the village you will find everything within walking distance (supermarkets, coffee shop, bar, restaurant) so you can manage without a car, we only had our bikes. Nice location for cyclists, easy access to every direction without having to ride through/around Palma. This was our second stay here and will most likely book again.

This property was/is exceptional! Beautifully built, furnished and equipped. Everything you needed in the kitchen to boot.
It was just a fabulous stay. We didn't feel like leaving the property to see any other part of the island almost, as everything was there and so comfortable.
On the first night there, we were so impressed that we reserved it again for next year. The host was very kind and gracious.

The house was perfectly clean, beautifully presented and in a quiet location. The pool and shaded bbq area are in excellent condition, comfortable and with beautiful views across to the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The host was lovely and very helpful, sharing information about the local area. We would very much recommend.

Smart rooms disposability, furniture and other house decorations are really great and we did enjoy the BBQ place, terrasse, pool and the view direction hills and city by night. Amazing place to stay, unbelievable breakfast almost like an entire personalised buffet every morning, the best service I have received at any hotel and such a unique location. Feels like a very private villa all to yourself in the middle of Mallorca’s wine country, highly recommend!
Santa Eugenia is a lovely quite village only 20 mins from a fantastic Carrefour hypermarket and about the same time to reach the airport. The outside seating areas are generous and comfortable. wifi worked well and there is a smart TV. It is a fully renovated house which has been done to a high standard. Free parking just outside front door.
