The house is beautiful and very cleaned. Has a nice terrace for a chill night outside and 10 minutes by walk away from the beach.
The location is really good for a chill holiday at the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops, but also 3 minutes away from the subway station. That makes it easy to reach places like the Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlò, Park Guàll.
We are a group of young girls and we were able to easily reach the Barceloneta (main discos and bar street) and get back safely with taxis and subways.
All around best host experience we’ve ever had.

This was an ideal property for our family of 5 to relax in and make visits to the city centre. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was nice to find lots of herbs and spices and a few basics in the kitchen too. The pool area is lovely and having it heated was a treat for our morning dip! We made good use of the barbecue too.
Manu was a fabulous host, taking the time and trouble to ensure our comfort, responding quickly to our questions and offering really helpful advice for travelling around the area. Buying a 10 journey ticket for the buses and metro was a very good deal. (It's worth knowing that one 'tap' lasts for 75 minutes so you can make the 30 min bus journey in, and get on the metro to the centre and that will be counted as one journey).
The neighbourhood is quiet and we enjoyed spotting the wild boar in the bushes!
If we make a return trip to Barcelona we will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very close to the subway station and yet the neighborhood is extremely silent, which is great. Apartment is nicely decorated, terrace is great, perfect place for a family with 2 kids. I liked that there were already Barcelona guide books, umbrellas, sunscreen etc. in the apartment, which we didn’t expect. Host was very helpful too.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The hotel is almost a 20-minute walk from the train station of Sant Cugat and approx 30mins train ride to Barcelona (be sure to get Zone 1 and 2 tickets). Sant Cugat is a quiet town and staying in the hotel was a luxury. My spacious room faced the back and was quiet. The huge bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I slept really well. The housekeeping ensured everything was clean.
I also am appreciative of the hotel for receiving and keeping my luggage which I sent through Correos prior to my arrival.
Ideally you need a rental car with this property, but we found the outdoor space amazing and got a taxi with the help of the villa rental company. The rental company were outstanding and helped us continually. Amazing customer service 10/10
