nothing. the staff are unhelpful, the property is dated and not sound proof. it is advertised for 6 people yet only provides 4 sunbeds, it advertises pool towels but provides none. we arrived at 8pm and were left with the wrong keys and it took two hours for them to provide the right ones whilst accusing us of lying about having the wrong keys, yet the cleaner turned up with the right ones 2 hours later, now 10pm. I completely understand these mistakes happen but being accused of lying isn’t the way to treat your paying customers

The Villa was perfect for our family of 6. Paul was friendly and helpful, he gave us good advice about the area. The views are incredible. The walk to the beach has tricky steps but is manageable.

The vila has exceeded my expectations. What a wonderful place! It feels even better in real than how beautiful it is in the pictures.
Everything we could even imagine was there. Towels, kitchen gadgets, shower gel...like everything! We felt like at a perfect home.
The location was great too. Anything in a comfortable driving distance and short walk from the villa a charming little natural beach and a beautiful evening walk with views.
The energy of the house is simply beautiful and I couldn't get enough of the calming views of the forest in distance above the pool.
The owner Catina communicated perfectly and was a kind warm lady.

The villa and the grounds around it were of a good size, the villa was clean and basically had everything we needed, the location was great for us in regards to walking to local amenities and was close enough to get taxis in and out of places like Magaluf and the local marina and even to the airport. The swimming pool was great for our group of 7 and even it we were 11.

Great location for the village and the port this hotel is a favourite .Very vast and beautiful breakfast with very friendly staff in all areas from reception to pool bar .rooms cleaned everyday with top ups of mini bar and toiletries.Very lovely hotel and more of a 4 star than a 3 .Loving the new pool area however may become very busy in the height of the season
I have been beyond satisfied by the service and mostly the kind approach of Marianne, who took care of all my requests before and during my stay. The hotel was so beautiful, with a luxurious ambience. The delicious breakfast provided a irriplaceable view from the terrace.
Location is great is the village of Portal Nous with bars and restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast was ok with a good variety. Spa area was nice but a little tired with things not working, pool area was fairly tidy but again a bit tired.
The staff were really friendly, helpful and polite. The food is excellent. The location is very good with only a short walk to the village or the port. Very clean, light and modern.
We love staying here and will be back next year.
Great breakfast and pool area, and the staff were all friendly, attentive, and seemed pleased to help. The location amongst some really great looking private villas is generally lovely. The nearby cove/beach is excellent although I'm not sure whether the sand there is natural.
