The property is gorgeous, and far from the tourist traps. Car rental is recommended as you will need to drive to the shops from here, but it is a very short and convenient drive, you’re only about 25 minutes from the volcanic national park, about 5 minutes from all the grocery shops you could need, and about 10 minutes from numerous beaches, and about 10 minutes from museo césar manrique. The property has a lovely kitchen with all the equipment you’ll need for meals, the pool is lovely and gets the sun all day so you can enjoy tanning, and if you ever have any questions Alejandra is incredibly accommodating and helpful. I could have asked for a better week away to unwind and disconnect.

7 beds and 7 bathrooms is a big ask but Villa Alcade delivered. The facilities were of a high standard and everything worked.
The location was away from the more tourist areas but with a supermarket a short walk away.
The villa was superb for our family, we will certainly be back. I wouldn't recommend if you have trouble walking however, once you get the local taxi number it is quick and easy to get onto main strip costing approx 5 euros.
We enjoyed this wonderfully located villa with heated swimming pool and a beautiful view and nice sunset everyday. the information provided by the host to guide us from the airport was perfect. We got some drink and food in the fridge to start highly appreciated. the hosts were always available by sms upon need. A cleaner came in the middle of the weekfor both the pool and the house. The kitchen is very well equiped when you want to have meal at the villa.
Excellent location for a quiet retreat. Good facilities and close to all necessary amenities by car. Superb diving and snorkeling locations close by. Very close to airport and central hub by car. No traffic or social noise whatsoever. Superb view from all terraces and pool area.
I booked to visit the day before for a long weekend and was delighted with my last minute choice. The villa was excellent, the host very attentive and we had a great break. There were only 2 of us on this visit but the villa would easily accommodate 6.
The villa is spacious and spectacular. Beautiful, peaceful gardens, view of the sea and volcanoes. There is generous, comfortable seating and several tables on the veranda and a large, deep swimming pool- great for adults and teenagers.
The Villa is well designed and we loved the atrium with olive tree and the house that is filled with interesting art and furniture.
The villa is really nice, it’s very large and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The living room has a big TV and the kitchen is well stocked. The private pool is a great size & suited the family well.
The villa is in a great & quiet location. It is a nice walking distance to local shops, restaurants and the beach with the main strip about 15/20 mins away walking or less than 5 mins in a taxi.
