The location is fantastic, just a fee minuted walk to the beach, shops and the start of the promenade. But far enough away that you don't hear anything and its in side street, so no passing traffic
Air-conditioning, tv channels, pool table kitchen all work as they should.

The location was lovely!! Was about 15 mins from the airport/the old town but you felt totally isolated, was lovely and quiet with views of the sea in the far distance. Pool was big and a good size!

The villa is in a really good location. Close to the airport via the bus and an hour's walk to San Antonio. Not far from a supermarket. Dave the Villa manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We got locked out one night and he came to our rescue. Dave helped us to sort a taxi into Ibiza Old Town too. We had a great time!

Beautiful farmhouse villa in a quiet location just outside Es Cubells. Lovely pool and great outside areas. Had everything we needed, facilities were very good. Host was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Overall, a very good stay, I would definitely recommend this villa.
The best place I have stayed in Ibiza to date. The villa itself is absolutely stunning (it exceeded all of our already very high expectations from the photos), it was immaculately cleaned and extremely spacious. There is everything there you could possibly need. The owner Alex & the host David were both so helpful & genuinely lovely people. I really can't recommend staying here enough.
The facilities were excellent the villa is large enough for two groups to have their own space. Really well equipped. You must have a car otherwise your taxi bill will be enormous!

Absolutely beautiful property in a secluded yet convenient location. Couldn’t have asked for a better property for a group trip, the kitchen was well stocked and we put the BBQ and pool area to good use. We had all the benefits of a luxury hotel (nice sheets, fluffy towels) but with the privacy of a villa. Check in process was easy and communication was the host was fantastic. will definitely be recommending to others!
If you’re feeling active I highly recommend a walk down to the sea cliffs behind the villa, the views are breathtaking.
The villa is only a 2 minute drive from the local supermarket and it supplies almost everything needed. A ten/fifteen minute drive takes you to St Joesp where there are more facilities ( Chemist incase of stomach problems which we both had ! ) and a very nice pizzeria.
Again a very short drive is Cala d`Hort which is a must at sunset and is spectacular , bring some food and stay there at the parking area on top of the hill for the most incredible views.
Spatious, all relevant luxury at hand, really everything available, premium service of the gerant, correct and speedy communication with the owner, perfect location and at a correct price.
