We had to use Whatsapp and then the owner came over and gave us the keys. The locked outside door is nice and then there are a few locked rooms in the place. The kitchen was pretty good. There is also a small common area.

Awesome location for the Camino as is on the trail. Loved this place it was definitely our favourite. Great communication - amazing facilities over 3 levels. Just spectacular.

Loved the area -- it was nice to stop in a little village over a bigger city. This is conveniently located across the street from a nice restaurant; we had pilgrim's dinner and breakfast there. The room was very nice and there's a pool (it rained so we did not use it, but would have been great on a hot day!)
The apartment was really comfortable with good facilities and about 500m from the Camino. The owner was really kind and helpful. This was a burst of luxury in between albergues. I would recommend very highly.
There was a kettle in the room. This felt like sheer luxury after so many European rooms with no facility to make a hot drink. The room was both pretty and comfortable. Plus the washer/dryer left my clothes smelling amazing. And my luggage had been lost and the woman on reception was really helpful.
Amazing boutique hotel. Chose this hotel for a luxury treat stay after walking hundreds of kms on the Camino Norte. It was nothing short of superb in every way. The owner/manager Adrian embodies ‘hospitality’ and is a true professional. Incredible attention to detail. Beautiful decor, gorgeous room overlooking the gardens, quiet, great bed with quality linens and amenities. Excellent breakfast (the waitress was perfect!) Also ate at their restaurant Casa Nene which was great. Absolute gem of a small hotel.
Vila is located in small village about 6/7kms from route of Camino.Old houses nicely n beautifully renovated.bed is very comfortable.
Owner picked us up from Arzua n sent us to the town as well.
The property was charming, unique and historical. Bathrooms were like in a luxury Scottish castle but bedrooms more comfortable. Food and staff superb. Even a private chapel - would definitely recommend to any groups or individuals doing the Camino de Santiago.
