The place is really quiet, it has an amazing garden a private parking space and it's really close to the beach. It was really close to the place where I needed to be and it has not big building around so it's an amazing spot to be in.

This is a new villa, fully furnished with everything you may need (no dishwasher) for a short or long stay. There are 3 AC in the villa - in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The yard behind the villa is great place to relax or cook your lunch /dinner on the BBQ, next time we will try it!
Didn't manage to walk a lot in the area, it's most likely for a car, as you enter the complex through a barrier and you pay the parking every time you get out,unless you have a daily card.
The owner is very helpful and professional, responsive. It is self check in which was great for us or someone who arrives late, for example.
Would recommend and would come again here with friends!

The villa was great and it had everything my family needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host and given an overview of the house. The house is beautifully decorated and it was a home away from home for us. Host helped us with anything we needed and was so nice. We hope to be back soon!

I really loved the property’s warm and inviting atmosphere. The beautifully landscaped garden creates a peaceful retreat. The interior is equally impressive, featuring spacious, sunlit rooms and modern amenities that offer both comfort and convenience. The attention to detail in every corner, from the elegant fixtures to the tasteful decor, truly makes it feel like a home.
The villa was very comfortable, clean, AC in every room, all facilities for a family with two children. We booked monday for the same day, for 4 night and it was at a great price. Elena, the manager was very helpful and easy to contact. We definitely give the place and staff 10 out of 10 and we are looking forward to return.

The villa is very very good. We had a two bedroom appartement and a studio, both luxurious and fully equipped in the kitchen area. The view of the sea is exceptional and the sun rises directly from the sea. The nearest beach is good but smaller than the nearby Golden Sands. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet place.
We were here last year and it was amazing. This year was even better. They have one more parking, which I think it’s great, because last year there was a little bit difficult to park. The curtains in the villas are now opening with a remote control, which is really cool. And they also have Balmain toiletries, which I’ve never seen before in a hotel in Bulgaria. The staff is amazing! We’ll come back next year for sure.
Location near the beach is fantastic. Just descend straight to the beach. Host was very careful and kind. Great destination. Apartment fully equiped. We had the small kitchen variant. All you can need near the villas: restaurants, beach bars, free parking, market very close. Overall, fantastic destination.
The location is excellent, right near the beach (just going down the stairs and crossing a small, one way street). The villas are amazing and have everything you want and need (minus a safe). Hosts are great and atmosphere is really good.
