Nikolai and Daniella are two very kind and welcoming hosts who have 5 very nice dogs just as nice and friendly as they are. Their property is located perfectly above Tsareva Livada and has nice views over the surrounding hills. They stay in one of the houses inside the courtyard, while the guests stay in another house which has a spacious living room linked with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay and has one large double bed in the bedroom and 2 extensible (but very cozy) sofas in the living room. It's perfect for 4 people. The kitchen part is fully equipped so you can cook if you want to (refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, crockery, dishes etc.). There is also a TV in the living room which was good to have. But what really stands out for this place is the access to a very nice outside pool and a hot-tub jacuzzi next to it and a very modern-looking sauna. These facilities were excelent and made you feel like you're in a spa. All in all, this location is a hidden gem and a little piece of heaven. Bonus points: it's near the Dryanovo waterfall and monastery where there are a lot of nice hikes you can do.

The property was very clean and cozy. It included small kitchen but with all electrical appliances needed to cook. The garden area was really nice and green with a table under a canopy where you could do a bbq day as it included an electric grill.
The sleeping area had two single beds that were joined together to make a massive bed. It was really comfy. The living area included a sofa bed also very comfortable. There was no expenses spared on the entertainment the TV was decent size for the space and it was a Smart TV so you could long in to your Netflix, Prime etc . The bathroom was spotless and surprisingly big for what you’d expect from a studio of this size.

The location is in a small and quiet village near the river, with a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. Very close to Etar museum (1.3 km).
All is new and tidy. The room was spatious, the kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking.
We had easy access into the building (self check-in and check-out).

The guest house is in a beautiful valley, in a pure Bulgarian village, close to the Etar open-air museum and the Sokolski Monastery.

This guesthouse is amazing! Our room was spacious, with a terrace, with a big comfy bed and a large bathroom. The whole refurbishment of the house is luxurious, with attention to every detail, from the bed sheets to the curtains to the wine glasses. The breakfast each morning is homemade and very tasty. The court is well-maintained, with roses and a table outside with a view over the city. There are also parking spaces in front of the house. This place is totally recommended!
For my ideas of traveling this was a perfect place - enriching my experience about local village situations. Very positive! Perfectly clean, absolutely quiet. The last 150m or so are very steep! The owner is very positiv, considerate and helpful (I would not have been able to push my fully loaded 50kg bicycle up to the house by myself, - together we made it). Practically everthing had been thought of! There’s a very reasonsble restaurant within easy walking distance.
Very nice house. The room was big and you have all the facilities you need. The Vila is outside the centre of the city in a quiet green part of the villa zone, with a great view which we loved. You definitely want a car, or to be ready for a trip up the hill, but the view and the quietness are worth it. Everything was clean and we have no trouble checking in. The host is very helpful and communication was easy.
The architecture of the villa itself was excellent but it is in an unassuming quarter, far from any working restaurant and we had to walk up and down the hill under the rain to get a dinner. We had to wait for the girl in charge for the keys though I phoned her half an hour before my arrival as I was asked by her.
The place is very peaceful, situated in this small village very close to Gabrovo. The forest is just a couple of minutes walking distance from the house. The house is very beautifully renovated and preserved, still there is a modern touch in the decorations.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The food is unbelievably tasty. One of the few places in Bulgaria to offer high quality food and great accommodation for a very affordable price.
Perfect for a weekend getaway from the crowded and noisy city.
This is the easiest 10/10 I give. The bnb is absolutely amazing: beautiful nature, cozy rooms, the most welcoming hosts and the food is outstanding. Conveniently located right next to important Bulgarian towns and villages so that you can explore both nature and heritage.
