The property was large enough for my extended family. It has a spa and pool and was in walking distance to the bay. It had wi fi and a large lounge room with a large TV.

I love our villa. It was a nice space for our family. The villa is near to the jetty so in the morning we only walk a little and enjoy the sunrise. The kids facilities are wonderful. My kids enjoyed our stay a lot. We would love to come back again. Also the villa is very tidy and neat. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated so clean and nice to stay. Thumbs up!
The place was great, room was great, however bed was a bit uncomfortable but still good. Alot of cobwebs on the exterior of the villa bit of an eye sore but nothing a good brush down wont fix. Otherwise family friendly, kids loved the pool and the big inflatable jumping thingy. Husband also loved fishing off the pier early hours of the morning.
Loved the buffet at the local rsl down the road too!
It was clean and spacious. The location is quiet ,peaceful and has a beautiful outlook. We were late but everything was ready for us to get to our accommodation. The van was luxurious. Everything was ready for us to enter and relax.

No ocean nearby and all activities are 45min away but overall if you are after a quite relaxed place it is great! there is a pool and outside the campgrounds in the park there is a place to swim but we realised it just last day when departing :)
The rooms were excellent and extremely clean. The deluxe villas are completely brand new and superb. The family villa is bigger than the deluxe villa and well maintained. There were plenty of activities for kids and family. The Jetty was good to explore. Totally satisfied with the stay and the kids loved their 2 days stay. The staffs were very friendly. One point to note - Karuah is 50 mins drive from Nelson bay
