We recently had the pleasure of staying in Haus Berger. The location alone is great, surrounded by a mountains and a very serene atmosphere. The spacious interior provided space for our family gathering as well as individual privacy. Our experience was further enhanced by the warm hospitality of our host. The location was excellent - it was very easy access from the motorway and also very close to the lake and Mondsee town centre. The lake is absolutely stunning and wonderful for swimming & paddleboarding/ canoeing - there is a large beach area & car park about 15 minutes walk / a couple of minutes drive from the house. The water is wonderfully warm - about 23-24C. The location is also good for visiting other lakes and the mountains - we particularly enjoyed the cable car trip up the Zwolferhorn from St Gilgin. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen & living area are spacious. There is some noise from the motorway which is close by but this didn't really disturb us much.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Great host, everything was clean and comfort. Location is great just a few minutes up hill from Mondsee village. an hour or so fro Altstat and 20 min from Salzburg.
The "room" is actually more of a flat inside the house with 2 floors , one for living and 2 sleeping rooms on the second floor.
The house it self looks like atypical country side farm house with amazing view.

Welcoming host/owner, amazing views on the lake, original house features and extra facilities to use kitchen and fridge. Parking included as well as little private beach next to the lake. Short distance to main village. Easy to find and drive to.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant offer a very good choice, breakfast us amazing ..Our room.was brand new, just about finished in time i would.say. Great location for.those on long journeys as it sits 5 minutes from the motorway in a peaceful little village a few miles east of Salzburg with mountain views. Note: this hotel is not by the lake The private beach belongs to another hotel which is on the lake Mondaee.

The rooms are the most spacious I have ever seen (divided to 2 floors); perfect location in the middle of the village; nice restaurants and a bar open until late hours. The room was perfection clean

The apartment is located near lake side so you can easliy access to wonderful view of Mondsee lake.
Also you can go to famous site like Salzburg, St.Gilgen around 20 minutes and Hallstatt around 1 hour with you car. I really recommend this place if you have plan to travel around this area!
And as everyone praised, the host Mrs. Anna was really nice. I appriciate to her kindness!
