Parking is possible for free on the street (although it is very difficult to find a place). We eventually left our car at the paid parking (6 euro per 24 hours) nearby (5 minutes walk)
Carpignano Salentino

My husband and I had our second stay in Karpignana and again, everything was amazing! We really appreciate about our 2 stays there. We arrived late after getting off the ferry in Bari this hotel impressed us from the minute we arrived their hospitality even at 10pm was absolutely fantastic. They are the nicest people so kind and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, great bathroom with equipped with everything you could possibly need. Snacks and bottled are provided complimentary in the room which is a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean modern tv with Netflix etc. We tried the pizza from the restaurant absolutely fantastic if you stay here it is a must try ! Great value and delicious authentic Italian pizza and ingredients. Breakfast is included in the price with a good range of fresh items and hot drinks. The price we paid for the middle of august was absolutely great value. Secure parking is also included free of charge which was definitely a plus for us. Honestly it was a pleasure staying here and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Bari the hosts cannot do enough for you. Thank you so much to you all for your fantastic hospitality

Excellent lication within walking distance from the beach (Lido San Giovanni) and lungomare that after a nice walk by the sea leads to the old town/city centre. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious and fully equipped. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Bed and bathroom linens and towels can be hired at the good price. The apartment is served by the lift and has a very big private garage. Excellent location as starting point to explore nearby places. Staff is professional, kind, helpful and accurate. Highly recommended place to stay!
Very warm & extremely friendly welcome. The host gave us useful information about the City center, interesting places to go and where to find nice restaurants. The B&B has a very good location nearby shops and the old city centre. The room was nice and clean and also the bathroom was very spacious. The big terrasse overlooks a nearby square, and I think is very lovely to sit there in the sun. Unfortunaly we only had rain... The breakfast was extensive with a variety of different options. Good coffee ☺️
The exterior - lot of trees, grass, swimming pool. Large parking. The interior needs some improvements (furniture, walls) - but it is clean. Location - 10 minutes walking for Grotte di Castellana, fast acces by car to the significants cities of Puglia... 4 to 5 stars for exterior, 3 stars for interior, 5 stars for price.
Perfect location in the middle of the historic city center. The self-check in was unproblematic and staff was always available via whatsapp. They rooms are located at the very top of the building, so you have to do some stairs to get there. In general is a good price for what you get.
