The room was huge and there was enough place for 4 persons. Also we had a big terrace with a table and chairs. The bathroom was also rather big. Breakfast are gorgeous!!! A lot of tasty and delicious things! Mozzarella here is amazing! Better than in the different city restaurace. The beach is 15 minutes to walk down from the hill. 2 Sunbeds and umbrella cost 10-15€ per day depending on the line.

Kind, welcoming and helpful host in Ernesto. Attentive and informative, making sure that you were enjoying your stay, being very patient with my terrible Italian, suggesting places to go and things to see and even taking time to explain the humble beginnings of the hotel and his family’s involvement. Getting to the hotel very straight forward, despite being opposite the main ‘hubs’ of the island, owing to the excellent public transport. Room very comfortable with all of the basic amenities, cleaned to a high standard every morning whilst you dine on the excellent breakfast in the beautiful gardens. My visit was the end of April/beginning of May, so for the majority of my stay it felt like I was the only guest! Maronti Beach on the south side of the island felt similarly deserted. This is no criticism, it was absolutely perfect for me but worth mentioning for other guests that may want more hustle and bustle or for other solo travellers who may feel uncomfortable. I won’t put it in the negatives because it’s absolutely understandable, but dinner wasn’t served for the duration of my stay (one week). A slight disappointment as I had heard very good things about the dinners but, as explained by Ernesto, servings don’t start until higher season when it can be justified. To clarify, the booking was for B & B, so I can’t complain. I will definitely return to experience the food. There are plenty of excellent food options a very short walk from the hotel, along the beach front, so nothing lost ultimately. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Perfect for my first visit to this amazing part of the Word, one I hope to return to.

Villa Fumerie exceeded my expectations. It was located (in my opinion) in one of the most beautiful parts of the Island. The balcony has a great view over the ocean, which was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. But most of all the staff exceeded our expectations. Fillipo is one of the most happy and friendly persons you are going to meet. He is cheerful and will put a smile on your face everytime you arrive or leave the building. Diego is extremely friendly, joyful and will help you any way possible to make your stay amazing. It couldn't have been a better trip. We will definitely come back and Villa Fumerie deserves my highest recommendation.

Hotel Ferdinando Beach & Thermal Spa is located 50 metres from the coast and its beautiful beaches. It offers a wellness centre with free sauna, hot tub, 2 swimming pools, and a traditional restaurant. Wi-Fi is free in shared areas. Unique location, and it is so much more than the pictures show. Excellent service and food quality food.

The colourful rooms at Hotel Cava Dell'Isola include a minibar. Rooms come with air conditioning and a satellite TV. Most have a garden-view patio, while some have a sea-view balcony. Amazing hotel and great value for money, Mario was so helpful. He organised a takeaway for us personally one night it was raining and did everything he could to help us enjoy our stay.
