Its location close to Santander and beautiful surf beaches like Somo, Pedreña, and Langre, along with its serene surroundings and facilities designed with a romantic touch, make this place the perfect destination to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was quiet and away from the city and yet was easy to access all the activities we wanted to do. We did need our car . The property is beautiful and quaint. Nice breakfast also.

The functional apartments feature a terrace. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave and coffee-maker. Excelent location for surfers! Great room cleaning everyday. Superb friendly staff. Awesome view from room n.13

Featuring a restaurant and an outdoor pool set in 12,000 m² of gardens, Palación de Toñanes dates from 1703 and is located between Santillana del Mar and Comillas, 2 km from Cobreces Beach. It offers free parking and 24-hour reception. A comfortable hotel in the countryside near Comillas with a large swimming pool and gardens to relax in. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant - the hake with a saffron sauce was recommended and didn't disappoint. Unrelated to the hotel, we loved El Capricho de Gaudi in Comillas. We booked on-line and paid for an excellent guided tour in English which at only 3€ extra was an absolute bargain.

The surrounding area is known for its pleasant climate and rich wildlife. The local landscape varies from mountains, to verdant fields, to dramatic coastlines and beaches. One of these beaches, La Concha, is just a short, 250-metre stroll away. The location was perfect and in general apartment is very nice, well equipped and rather big. we have paid a little extra for the private parking ( you can also park on the street) that permitted us an entry to an underground parking with elevator to the door. really convenient.
