The location of the hotel was good, we have an opportunity to go to the center by foot (about 1 hour) or by underground (the station is around 5-7 minutes away by foot). Rooms are clean, equipped with everything necessary (no fan or teapot :) = budget hotel. Personal is great, parking is comfortable.
This is exactly how I imagined a traditional 3 stars Bavarian hotel. The staff is very welcoming and never intrusive, the location is just perfect for walking to the city center and just around the corner from the subway, the room was clean and functional, the breakfast is simple but well arranged and at the end had everything I wanted.
For a budget hotel it's ok. Staff very helpful. Good location 5 mins walk via underpass to main train station and 10 mins to town centre.

Convenient location (main train &subway station). This is a busy shopping street with some construction noise so would be noisy but they have good double glazed windows. Really nice rooms- cute extra amenities like radio in the bathroom, mini bar, better than the usual budget hotel!
I was looking exactly a budget hotel similar to this one...It's a small and good hotel close to the Rail Station (for visiting the nearby locations)...This hotel is about 10 minutes walk (including signal stopping at 2-3 street crossings) from the station, in a peaceful area having some restaurants very close to the hotel...Room (with attached bathroom and a small balcony) was quite comfortable and clean...Staffs were very friendly and helpful...Breakfast was good as well with hot breads...
I have stayed in many budget hotels in different European cities and, for me, this was one of the best: very well informed & friendly staff, decent sized room with space to relax (also very clean & comfortable), good choice of fresh food for breakfast & free coffee & water in the reception area. Also, very handy location as just a few minutes walk from the main train station. Will def stay again when visiting Munich.

It's a budget hotel so you get a budget standard. But the room was clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised how well furnished it was and how many amenities were available (fridge, microwave, tv). I had to do late check-in and staff was very helpful. Great hotel location next to metro station, shops and restaurants. Only 2 metro stops to city center. Recommend and would stay again.
