I can't say the same for breakfast. The egg muffin tasted rubbery. Packaged Waffles were so sweet. Sausage had no taste. That was only only Sunday morning. Monday morning we just we out for breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could book a room on the same day due to last minute change of plans. The location is convenient and the room was clean. The bed sheets and pillow cases were clean and white.
I spent the lowest when comparing with other small hotels in the vicinity. Overall, value for money and no disappointment.

A handy location, about midway between Austin and San Antonio. The bedroom was comfortable and we had the full use of most of the house, inc the kitchen and laundry. Marlene was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended
