The staff was VERY kind and helpful. Nice made to order breakfast in the morning. They had French toast and eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, variety of toasts and breads, oj,coffee,and breakfast potatoes.

The staff was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. Pool was OPEN! Very pretty hotel. We would choose this hotel again if we travel near Chicago. Traveling with a 4 year old it was nice to see a kiosk for snacks.

My room was spotless, I barely heard anything from the other rooms, there was a balcony with the Jr Suite and the bed was super cozy. I had a peaceful getaway. Thank you! Happy Holidays!
