The hotel is awesome ! We didn’t get the room we booked but they helped us with transportation and we are back for another day, and we will get a better room. Staff is amazing ! The staff were lovely, James was fantastic and everyone was super helpful, they had to change me of room but it was done swiftly, they also helped me book the elephant sanctuary visit and a fantastic massage. The hotel is super near the gated city and only a 5-10 minute walk to the main gate. Definitely would recommend 👌 the breakfast was also amazing. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The property offered everything and more. Size and comfort of the rooms were excellent, as well as the pool and the fabulous restaurant serving breakfast to dinner. Fell in love with the property and would recommend anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Chiang Mai. The staff were also incredible and always there to help if needed. The lady at reception got our room cleaned and ready earlier than the check in time due to our early arrival which was so appreciated. They all went above and beyond!

This is our second time here after just one week, and I can confirm our first excellent impression and review. The room this time was smaller (which is not a problem) but very charming, with stained glass windows and equipped with all the comforts. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the location makes this place our go-to spot in Chiang Mai whenever we return. Breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

Amazing value. Delicious homemade breakfast served every morning. Newer hotel, comfortable room, great location next to temples, street market, short tuk tuk ride to Nimman St. Friendly staff, room was made up daily, always available cappuccino machine and snacks were a nice touch.
