This hotel meets our needs and requirements perfectly. We love the hustle and bustle but also want to be able to find peace. Although Fisherman's Village is a busy and touristic place, Smile House is an oasis of tranquility.
Our cottage was big, clean and very comfy. We had a nice veranda with easy chairs and a fan. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Every day new towels and water and they clean-up your cottage when you put the card on the door. The whole park is very well maintained. The two swimming-pools are as the rest of the park, very clean, well maintained and very inviting.
We had breakfast in the Smile House restaurant at the beach. The first days we couldn't stop looking at the amazing views! Breakfast is complete and fresh. There is even an egg-/pancake station: a chef that makes whatever you like while your are waiting..! We booked the elephant sanctuary (the right one) tour and the pig-island tour via the Smile House reception and that was very well done. Taxi for picking up from the airport and bringing back at the end were also very easy to arrange.

Maya really do a lot to make the place comfortable for families with small children. There is child equipment in the room - like a high chair, a little bath. there is a nice indoor playground. The location is good.

This place is so brilliant, relaxing and extremely clean. It's a quiet area but it's also very close to Fisherman's village and the beach, all just a short walk away. The property was as photographed. The staff were very friendly. The manager was amazing - so helpful and considerate of all guests. She gave us lots of advice, helped us with taxi and local recommendations and had lots of aloe vera plants available for sunburn! The rooms were clean and the location was great - only a short walk from Fisherman’s village and very close to the beach!

In my case it was very quiet because its still low season in thailand but the staff were so welcoming and accommodating it was amazing to experience i hope many people come to this hotel it has food a pool a big dining area spacious rooms pretty much what u would need solo or with a family aswell

Amazing garden, beautiful and well kept. Very good location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was ok and the place is right next to the beach. In general, good price, we would recommend it, especially for the beautiful surroundings.

Very welcoming staff and clean rooms. We slept very well cause of the quiet location. The location is very good and at a road with less traffic. You can buy food and drinks for affortable prices. There is a Muay Thai Training Studio nearby - only 100 m.
Us Hostel Samui also have a co-working space with aircondition and great internet for very good prices. I see this as a perfect “get away” place to stay if you’re working remotely, want to do Muay thai and be close to the Fisherman Village.
Great location, nice and quiet but only 10 moral to Fisherman’s Village. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Pup who made us feel very welcome - nothing was a problem. We hired a scooter from there at a really good price.

Loved the pools, perfect. Location right in Fisherman’s Village, so much choice for food & bars, something for every budget. Our room was adjacent to the night market so could get a little noisy, however the market does finish around 10:30 to 11 ish so no real problem if you out on the town anyway.
