Everything was great. All the staff were so nice and helpful and the room was spacious comfortable and well equipped. The location couldn't be better and it was great value for money. We extended our stay by one day and would have extended further if they weren't already sold out.

We arrived late at night and the staff at the reception greeted us with kindness and patience. Check in process was very quick. Our room was bigger than expected and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The next morning we were allowed to check out a little bit later which made our lives easier (travelling with baby). Amazing experience, will definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Krabi.
