Loved the brutalist buildings and the friendly owners. They have excellent WiFi and the place is nicely set up if you are climbing at the nearby walls, working from home or wanting to stay at a calm place. All the rooms are 2 stories with the air-conditioned bed room upstairs, creating a lot of space.

Plenty of chain hotels fall within this star rating and offer central locations close to popular landmarks.
Beach front location and staffs manner are excellent. Location is good and you can find foods at the front of the hotel where many restaurants around. However prices a bit over price if you compare what you get or what you pay for. It’s a tourist an area so it seems normal.
Staffs are lovely and helpful. My opinion staffs have made a huge different for the hotel. They are hard working, well manner and very helpful.
The location was perfect. A budget friendly hotel yet gave us amazing perks with the location, pool and the small but cute villa style rooms. The breakfast served was also quite nice.

Fantastic budget hotel in a great location with restaurants a few steps away. The beach is at the bottom of the road about 200 metres away. The 2 ladies that own and run the property are really lovely. The room was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. We were given a room with a side sea view, which was a bonus. Highly recommended.
It looks idyllic, beautiful location but very far from city center or local shops. The bungalow had a lot of bugs and was not very clean. Also not disgusting, but we left after one night because of the above.

The pool area was clean, so were the rooms.
It’s close to the beach and if you want to have a little time for yourself it’s the perfect location. You can go explore Ao Nang or Railey Beach by renting a scooter for 250-350 baht in the hotel, it’s a 20 minute ride.
We liked the location very much. Away from touristic rush. Very good for family with kids. Also the food is good. Better quality for the good price. Many wild and domestic animals, better to have it in mind if you dont like them.
