The booking advised the shuttle was FOC but infact the only applies to a deluxe room. It is 100 baht each way; this is non-negotiable even tthiugh I had a booking confirmation saying FOC
They agreed to hold my luggage for 3 weeks FOC which was appreciated.
Transfers were excellent, it is perhaps 20 mins from the airport

Airport pick up was a very good idea, they picked me up after midnight Room was sparkling clean and fresh, coffee/ tea facility in a room. Staff were very friendly.

This is a great hotel for a stopover near Bangkok airport. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful and kind. Communication was excellent and transport to and from the airport was organised efficiently. The hotel is open 24 hours.

I liked how it was close to the airport. Staff were very friendly. It isnt very touristy so getting food near by is a bit hard when ordering if you don't know much Thai language but we pointed.
