Bed rooms were huge, everything was perfectly clean, most of the furniture was new and very comfortable. We had a parking spot reserved in the yard. There was a lot of details prepared by owners which surprised us and made our stay perfect. Location is very good. The building is about 2-3 minutes by walk from the town center and it has few stores and a bakery just few steps away.

Clean, quiet, no noise apartament with big terase, free parking, good location, 6 min walking to city center, 20 min walking to Zupan beach, 10 min with car to Ripaljka Waterfall, Bovan lake. Good price. I recomend It.
Location is good, nearby the city centre. Room was small, looked more spacious on booking pictures, kitchen facilities basic, balcony rather small. Hosts were kind and supportive. Swiming pool smaller than expected. Clean.
I would recommend Fenix apartments to my friends as everything was great! For the good price we got big comfortable apartment with everything you need. The woman on reception doesn’t speak English but her son Marco (I suppose the owner) helped us with everything. Location is good! Supermarket is just downstairs! Thanks to Marco and his mom! Perfect place and perfect people (owners). Everything was very clean. The owners treated us like family. The city center is 3 minutes walk. Terms and SPA is 8 minutes walk. Shop Idea is 1 minute walk. Parking is free. Very good location! When we arrived they gave us coffee, in the evening they gave fresh pita for us for free! They speak English, the whole family. Nice place and great people! Highly recommended.
The location is perfect, a short walk from the city center. Lots of shops, restaurants, a bakery, etc. in the area. The host was very pleasant, checking on us regularly via email, making sure we lack nothing. The room was clean and comfortable and had a very homey feel to it.
Our stay was very nice! The property is sparkling clean with many thoughtful touches like water, coffee, slippers, sewing kit etc. Smooth communication with the host, very hospitable staff. Parking facilities, equipped kitchen, good heating made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Very good location: close to city center and promenade, walking and hiking paths. We are very satisfied, no complaints.
