The receptionists were great. They were very soft-spoken. Had some issues with their system update but everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. I hope I get my refund as soon as possible.
The breakfast was excellent! The gravy for the roti canai was *chef's kiss* I would come again for the breakfast.
The room was big, but decent. The room service provided was good. Although there were only two of us, they also provided one extra super single bed. It's a win for value.

The location was very accessible, right across Petronas. Got KK mart, self laundry shop and affordable eating places both morning and night. Close enough to UPM and Hospital Serdang.
The price is reasonable to called a budget hotel, but honestly at least, provide working appliances.
Most of OYO Budget Hotel have dirty sheets and very satisfactory in cleanliness. However, I feel so comfortable sleep in a very clean and spotless mattress sheets. It’s wonderful experience and worth the money I spent there.

I dont even see any cockroach😅 but housekeeping need to improvise. Bed sheet need to replace new one or wash with bleach. Aircond?? Gosh...very cold. Need extra blanket.

Its a budget hotel, dont expect 5 star quality. But honestly i've enjoyed my stay. My room is clean✅ Staff very friendly and helpful✅ food is available nearby✅
