a nice decent motel if you come to enjoy perlis. the room just nice and comfy for 1 night stay for my whole family. got netflix and youtube, wifi in your room because celcom can't access there. 15 minutes to jetty to enjoy quality seafood, nearby you got lots of coffee shop, even got like small night bazaar in front of the hotel. good stay overall!

location. in between Kangar city centre and the Kuala Perlis - Changlun highway exit. 10 minutes to Kuala Perlis for ikan bakar dinner. 5 minutes to Giant. 7 minutes to Kangar city centre.
The location is very strategic, in the city centre of Kangar, close to Street Art 2.0. Lots of street parking available, cafes and near to The Store. Spacious room and beds are quite comfortable, alright for a night stay. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Value for money stay.
I had a very satisfying experience during my stay at this budget hotel. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean rooms truly exceeded my expectations. Despite being a budget option, the hotel didn't compromise on comfort or quality. The convenient location near popular attractions and amenities made my trip even more enjoyable.
