very spacious, owners were very nice and considerate. the shinkansen was delayed due to the rain and the owners were kind enough to wait for us until 10pm when we arrived.

This home was absolutely beautiful and so well-thought out. From the sensor lights coming on as you walk around the house to the Nintendos for the kids, it was wonderfully designed and even better than the pictures!

We liked the under bed storage for luggage. Helpful staff translated a phone order for us. Location was not too far from convenience store down the street.

The hotel is a short 5-7 minute walk from Nagoya Station. People may get it confused with the Via Inn Tsubaki-Cho hotel, so make sure you check the signs. This hotel has a Family Mart on the first floor, so it’s convenient for grabbing coffee and snacks during your stay. I like how you can put up “please make up the room” or “no room cleaning” signs.
