Excellent front staff trying to help guests. I asked direction, bud time, and restaurants. They were very helpful with polite and very pleasant manner. Their spa was clean, warm, and relaxing. The breakfast was a little better than other same chain hotels. I was glad that I chose this hotel.

The hotel is a traditional Japanese place and the room was spacious and had a great view. The onsen was beautiful, the food service was very copious and the kitchen staff very friendly.

Very comfortable with a very large, typical Japanese bedroom nicely decorated and all necessary amenities. Good location between the train station (10 minutes walk) and Hiraizumi’s historical sites (10 minutes walk as well to the closest one). Charming village, clean and full of flowers. Its a remote location, but close to one of the most beautiful temples. The hotel staff is very friendly, but it helps if you speak a bit of Japanese. The breakfast was outstanding, and the public bath was very nice.

The location is excellent, 10-15 Minutes to Chosun-Ji, 7 Minutes to the station. The inkeeper herself is very friendly and helpful and provides a good breakfast. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough. Overall a great stay for a small budget.
